Cancel subscription

Subscription cancellation is not done directly by us at Umatch, nor is the payment management of any purchases within the app.

Subscriptions are processed by your phone's app store (App Store or Google Play). Since they are recurring, they renew automatically unless you disable or cancel this feature in the store itself.

We at Umatch do not have access to your payment information at any time. Therefore, we cannot cancel your subscription here. If you have any issues during the process, we recommend contacting the app store support on your phone.

On iOS (iPhone):

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon (upper right corner).
  3. Go to Subscriptions.
  4. Select Umatch.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap your profile icon (upper right corner).
  • Go to Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  • Select Umatch.
  • Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.

Important:

  • Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the next cycle to avoid automatic charge.
  • The renewal charge occurs up to 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can cancel at any time and still have access to the plan until the end of the already paid period.
